These terms describe the general conditions for using ICELESS. Seminar-specific information and the selected plan remain part of the participation context.

Using the platform

Use ICELESS lawfully and provide accurate account and registration information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account.

Seminars and participation

Published seminar pages identify the current sessions and enabled plans. Access rights are tied to confirmed records and cannot be inferred from a public page alone.

Viewer access is watch-only by default.
Intervener media permissions remain controlled by the platform and provider.
Live access may be limited by registration, ticket, assigned session, or conference state.

Orders and payments

Creating an order does not by itself confirm participation. The applicable payment and registration states shown in your account determine the next available step.

Certificates and publications

These benefits are available only when supported by the selected plan and required eligibility records. A certificate is not a claim of external accreditation unless a seminar explicitly and verifiably states otherwise.

Service integrity

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, misuse live sessions, or upload unlawful or harmful material. ICELESS may restrict access needed to protect users, records, or service operation.
