Practical answers
Frequently asked questions
These answers describe the current platform behavior. Seminar-specific dates, prices, and benefits remain on each published seminar and plan.
What is ICELESS?
ICELESS is a multilingual platform for discovering and managing participation in online scientific and educational seminars.
How do I register for a seminar?
Open a published seminar, review its sessions and enabled plans, sign in or create an account, then continue through checkout for the selected option.
What is the difference between Viewer and Intervener?
A Viewer is watch-only in live sessions by default. An Intervener is an active participation role, but microphone, camera, and screen-sharing access remain controlled by the platform and live provider.
Which payment methods are available?
Checkout shows only currently configured methods. Payment state is recorded with the order, and a method may be unavailable if it is not configured.
How does bank transfer work?
When bank transfer is enabled, the checkout path provides the configured instructions and a protected proof-upload workflow. Approval is not automatic.
When do I receive a ticket?
A ticket is tied to a confirmed registration and assigned session. Its current state is visible in the authenticated dashboard.
How do I enter a live session?
Use Live Access in your dashboard. The server checks the confirmed registration, active ticket, assigned session, and conference state before issuing provider access.
How is attendance recorded?
Attendance signals from the live provider are reconciled into platform records for the correct participant and conference.
Does every plan include a certificate?
No. Certificate availability and requirements are defined by the seminar plan and can depend on attendance, payment, and administrative approval.
How can I verify a certificate?
Use the public certificate verification page and the certificate verification value. The page is functional but intentionally excluded from search indexing.
Can I submit a publication?
Only a confirmed registration whose selected plan includes publication entitlement can enter the protected submission and review workflow.
Are all seminars available in every language?
Public navigation is available in Arabic, English, and French. A seminar language appears as a search alternate only when its complete translation is actually available.
Where can I see my records?
After signing in and verifying your email, use the dashboard for registrations, sessions, orders, payments, tickets, live access, certificates, and eligible publications.
Need seminar-specific information?
Review the published seminar page for its current schedule and plans, or use the contact information page for the right next step.
