Registration and participation
How do I register for a conference or seminar?
Open the event page, review the available participation plans and schedule, sign in or create an account, select an available plan and complete the supported payment flow. A confirmed registration is then associated with the relevant session and ticket.
What is included in a participation plan?
Plan features vary by event. A plan can define the participation role, price, certificate entitlement and publication entitlement. Always review the exact plan details on the event page before payment.
How do tickets and live access work?
A ticket is activated through the confirmed registration flow. Live access is checked against the authenticated account, confirmed registration, active ticket and assigned session before entry is allowed.
Certificates and publication
Does every participant receive a certificate?
No. Certificate availability depends on the purchased plan and its eligibility rules, which can include attendance, payment status and issuance approval. Issued certificates can be checked through the public verification page.
Does ICELESS offer publication services?
Some event plans may include a publication entitlement. When included, eligible participants can use the platform submission and review workflow. Publication is not automatically included in every ticket or participation plan.
